This looks exciting for ARM Linux video acceleration, which always was vendor proprietary. For a long time kernel 3.14.29 was used for older SoCs since Amlogic proprietary blobs were not available in newer kernels:

Возможно в Вашем xml-файле нет программы на эти каналы. Скачайте файл и проверьте.

Если это каналы со спутника, почему Вы не берете EPG там же, на спутнике (over-the-air EPG graber)? Или найдите найдите xmltv-программу где будут Ваши каналы.

Благодарю вас, over-the-air EPG graber решил проблему с EPG, первый раз настраиваю спутник в Tvheadend, осталось ещё два вопроса, как правильно создавать фаворитные списки и туда добавлять каналы, и есть ли поддержка HDMI-CEC все настройки облазил и не смог найти.

Доброе утро, решил на одном из тв боксов (alexelec 3.3.9) установить плагин погоды, плагин установился, запускается, но при попытке выбрать место локации выдаёт ошибку. Log kodi:

Я так полагаю проблема с пайтон библиотекой charset_normalizer, я её устанавливаю из entware, всё прекрасно ставится, но проблему не решает. Что ему не хватает?

Доброе. Правильно полагаете, только entware здесь не причем. Вам нужно установить плагин (charset_normalizer) для Коди.

Одну проблему решил, вылезла другая. На некоторых каналах сыпет картинка, внешний usb тюнер (technisat skystar usb 2 hd ci) подключаю к компу с виндой, там всё отлично, на твбоксе подсыпает, с этим что-то можно сделать?

Как вариант: на USB-порту приставки не хватает питания. Подключить через активный USB-хаб.

Там все равно частично питание подается через USB. В любом случае, других вариантов у меня нет.

Got the STB from aliexpress, so there might be some differences, and its not actually s905w2, i am new to this sorry if my question is stupid!

This means that the device tree is not suitable. Apparently you did not correctly identify the processor.

I download the image you linked, i burn it on empty SD card, then get the device tree(from other images, because the one you said didnt have it in it), copy it in the root folder, and rename it to dtb.img. Then i remove the card from pc and put it in the box, i stick a toothpick in the av port of my box where the reset button is and hold it. then i put the power on and wait but nothing happens, its either stuck in x96mini logo, or it goes into reboot cycle, again nothing happens.

ok, i used the correct tree now, its just stuck on x96mini logo. i dissasembled it again and put the mobo number in google, it also confirmed its a s905w2, i tried a bunch of the other device trees, the s905y_2g one seems to do something, when i use it, it gets past the x96mini logo, but then its stuck on black screen!

I don't know why it doesn't work out for you. I have this console (x96mini S905w2 2/16) and have no problems.

Maybe it has something to do with its android version, if its rooted or something? Please explain the steps you undergo, to make it boot from sd card.

Cant seem to make it work, if anyone has any other ideas, otherwise i might just order another box, and trow this one in the cabinet, for indeffinately, and use it with android in future if i need it :/

установил alexelec 3.3.9 на Mecool KIII PRO , но icam в Tvheadend не хочет работать.
в статусе подлючение к шара работает, а вот в vlc картинки нет. может кто подскажет как "полечить"?

Меня просили добавить патч, я добавил. Проверить его (icam) работу у меня нет возможности. Работает он или нет я не знаю.

да понятно если все самому тестировать одной жизни не хватит, для этого и существуют пользователи, которые сообщают о проблемах. был применён патч только для Tvheadend или так же для libdvbcsa от fegol?

Internal tuners work in Mecool KII / KIII boxes and their analogues. External ones also work, for example Technisat SkyStar USB HD.

Hi, I have this settopbox. When I got it, the original firmware was not working, so the only solution was to put there something else. I tried software from gtmedia and it bootet and works, but without tuner. Is it possible to make your firmware working also with that tuner? Kodi from your firmware is working like a charm, but I am not sure how to setup the tuner or do not know if your firmware is even compatible with that tuner. Or do you know where to download the original firmware?

Now my problem is, that it cannot find any dvb-t2 programs. Tvheadend shows at scanning some signal jumping (even over 90%) but than drops to 30% and skip to next channel search.I tried all drivers which I can select in Kodi, and even CoreElec. At coreelec (gxl_p231_1g_m8s_dvb.dtb withou dvbt because there is none) tvheadend 4.2 and at alexelec (gxl_p231_1g_m8s_dvbt.dtb) the one from linuxserver.io 4.3. Overall is the same behaviour.I am using this versions, alexElec 3.3.9 and coreElec 9.2.8.I tried some newer versions, but it hangs cycled at some SIP searching...? Why is not possible to use newer versions?Do you have any idea how to get scanned channels?Thanksstandal
PS: Now I looked also on the tuner chips and they are AVL6762 and MXL608. which does not corespond with "DVB FE: Frontend AVL6862/M88RS6060 registred!". Any idea?

Имеется приставка K1 Plus и я так подозреваю что моя версия на 905D,
так как раньше на схожие боксы ставил прошивки от Виталия и на этом боксе она не запускается.
Раньше к сожалению ничего не слышал о вашей прошивке и что она существует на данный процессор.
Очень хочу попробовать установить последнюю версию AlexELEC-3.3.9 (Amlogic 905/912).
Несколько вопросов.
Подскажите за работает ли данной прошивке шара нтв dvb-s2?
Например по протоколу wicardd либо какому-то другому?
И не подскажите каким лучше всего софтом в андройде посмотреть точную модель процессора и остальных параметров приставки
чтобы отредактировать nEnv.ini и добавить дерево устройств в корень SD-карты?

Да, будет работать. Вы можете использовать встроенный в Tvheadend newcamd-клиент или настроить шаринг в Oscam (есть в системе).

Софт не скажу, я не пользуюсь Андроид. Вы можете попробовать с деревом "gxbb_p200_k1_plus" (К1-Plus S905), если не загрузиться пробуйте другие, например gxl_p230_k1_pro (K1-Pro S905D).
